Ferie Holidays offers travel and tour packages in Kutch, Gujarat. Our services include but are not limited to the booking of holiday packages, accommodations, transportation, and other related services.

3.1. Booking: To book a tour package, you must complete the request callback form or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2. Payment: Payments must be made according to the terms specified during the booking process. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• UPI (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

Details for each payment method will be provided during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation policy depends on the specific tour package and will be detailed at the time of booking. In general, the following applies:

• More than 30 Days Before Departure: A full refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees.
• Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

4.2. Cancellation by Us: Ferie Holidays reserves the right to cancel your booking if necessary. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative package of equal value, depending on your preference and availability.

4.3. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as booking fees, processing fees, or fees for specific services, are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds provided.

5. Additional Fees

5.1. Booking Fees: A non-refundable booking fee may be charged at the time of booking. The amount of this fee will be specified during the booking process.

5.2. Service Fees: Additional service fees may apply for specific services such as expedited processing, special requests, or customized arrangements. These fees will be communicated to you before finalizing your booking.

5.3. Currency Conversion Fees: If payments are made in a currency other than the currency specified for the package, currency conversion fees may apply, as determined by your payment provider.

5.4. Local Taxes and Fees: You may be subject to local taxes and fees, including but not limited to tourism taxes, environmental fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These are not included in the package price and are the responsibility of the traveler.

5.5. Entry Tickets: Certain tour packages may require entry tickets to specific attractions or events. The cost of these tickets is not included in the package price and will be added as an additional fee. We will provide details on entry ticket costs at the time of booking or before the tour.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or using our services.

6.2. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Site and services.

7. Intellectual Property
